"In 1985, when my wife Madeleine and I decided to bottle our wines, we started from scratch. Very little equipment, a clientele to find... I remember one of my first deliveries. Thanks to an army friend, we had obtained an important order from an enterprise works council. I didn’t have a utility vehicle and I left for the other end of the department in a tractor with the wine loaded on a trailer. My arrival at the factory didn’t go unnoticed!

"I have always wanted to be a winemaker close to nature. I became familiar with different practices that are more respectful of the soil and the environment while training in a renowned estate in Burgundy with a certification in biodynamic winemaking. Back in Alsace, the conversion of our domain to organic agriculture was an obvious choice. A new turn is taken...
