This prestigious cuvée is the result of a harmonious blend of 2 grape varieties: Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir (vinified as white). The selection of the best juices coming out of the press and a long ageing on laths of more than 72 months have given this wine a rare aromatic complexity. With its luminous color and delicate bubbles, Crémant Emotion offers a range of toasted brioche notes, toasted bread, and roasted coffee. Its mouth is both elegant and full-bodied, with a surprisingly smooth and silky effervescence.
