The Steingrubler terroir produces Gewurztraminers with a very aromatic character. The nose is predominantly floral, white flower, rose. Its structured and powerful mouth develops rich and long aromas of ripe fruits.

Grand Cru can be drunk at any time of the day, sublimating the present moment, on the terrace with friends, or other small moments of happiness. Perfect as an aperitif with sweet or savory canapés, it goes well with desserts such as a cinnamon plum tart, a red fruit bavarois, or a dark chocolate fondant.
