Pinot Noir in Oak Cask - 2020
Aged in oak barrels, (new to 4 wines), for one year, its color is a deep red. The nose is highlighted by discreetly woody aromas, leather with a hint of vanilla, and licorice. On the palate the wine expresses the scope of its power, followed by a long and structured finish.

A gastronomic wine, it will be superb with a kid’s leg, a veal shank, game birds, a tournedos Rossini style or a boar terrine.
