Pinot Gris Cuvée Catherine - 2019

Made from grapes left to dry on the vine and harvested during the month of November, the Pinot Gris Cuvée Catherine expresses itself in power and aromatic concentration. On the nose, notes of stewed exotic fruits are mixed with hints of beeswax and dried apricot. The mouth is ample, mellow, and of great length. The aromas of candied fruits are underlined by a touch of overripeness.
