Gewurztraminer Cuvée Tradition - 2020
Its name, that means "spicy traminer" in German, is very revealing of the character of this grape. Its typically spicy touch is expressed by a touch of white pepper and clove. It is a full-bodied wine, with a powerful and floral bouquet (rose), and a long lasting finish.
FOOD & WINE PAIRINGS
It is the ideal partner of many spicy dishes, from Chinese cuisine (Chinese noodles with wok of gambas), Thai, Mexican, or Moroccan (tajine with spices)... Its power is fully in tune with strong cheeses such as Munster, Roquefort, or Maroilles.
