Riesling Elevé en barrique d'acacia - 2019

This wine aged for one year in acacia barrels surprises by its original and confusing side. Its color is an intense yellow. The slightly woody nose is dominated by notes of acacia flowers with a touch of honey. On the palate, the freshness of the Riesling blends with the fatness and the aromas coming from the barrel. The result is a wine seductive by its originality, its vivacity and its length.
