Crémant d'Alsace Brut
In the pure respect of the traditional method, the Crémant Brut is elaborated from the grape varieties Pinot Auxerrois, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir (vinified in white). It is aged on laths for a minimum of 18 months. Its pale yellow color, its fine and delicate bubbles are very pleasant to the eye. Its nose expresses notes of white flowers and yellow fruits (apricot, peach). Its mouth perfectly combines lightness and freshness.

An ideal companion for an aperitif, a cocktail party or dessert, Crémant Brut is the perfect accompaniment to any festive occasion. Traditionally in our region we accompany it with kugelhopf or a fresh pretzel. Do not hesitate to associate it with cheese gougères, a mille-feuille, or a strawberry soup.
